About The AI Workshop | Offline AI for Non-Techies

An offline space for non-techies to put AI to work, one real use-case project at a time. Based in Salt Lake, Kolkata, and hosted by Yogesh, Neeraj, and Subham Kanoi.

Build Your First AI Automation: Leads, Emails and a Bot

Walk in with the questions your customers keep asking. Walk out at 4:00 PM with an automation running for your business: every new enquiry gets a personal AI-written reply within the hour, three follow-up emails that stop once the lead replies, and a Telegram bot that answers from your own price list. Four hours, offline, no coding.

Sunday, 25 October 2026, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Salt Lake, Kolkata. 50 seats. ₹699.

What you build

• The business brief: one page that teaches every automation your offer, your prices, your tone, and the things it must never say
• Lead capture: a live form that drops every enquiry into one Google Sheet, with nothing copied by hand
• The AI first reply: a personal email in your voice, written from your brief and sent within the hour, during your working hours
• The follow-up sequence: three emails on day 2, day 5 and day 9 that stop once the lead replies, plus the same pipeline to send a campaign to people who asked to hear from you
• The FAQ bot: a Telegram bot that answers customer questions from your own price list, and hands the conversation to you when it is not sure

What to bring

A laptop and charger. This is four hours of building, not a talk. Bring your phone with Telegram installed, your price list or menu, the five questions customers ask you most, and the email you send when someone enquires. No business of your own yet? We hand you a sample one at the table.

Earlier workshops

Our first workshop in June 2026 was about making websites and hosting them; in September 2026 the session was AI video ads. Each workshop stands alone; no earlier session is required.
