What you build
- The business brief: one page that teaches every automation your offer, your prices, your tone, and the things it must never say
- Lead capture: a live form that drops every enquiry into one Google Sheet, with nothing copied by hand
- The AI first reply: a personal email in your voice, written from your brief and sent within the hour, during your working hours
- The follow-up sequence: three emails on day 2, day 5 and day 9 that stop once the lead replies, plus the same pipeline to send a campaign to people who asked to hear from you
- The FAQ bot: a Telegram bot that answers customer questions from your own price list, and hands the conversation to you when it is not sure
What to bring
A laptop and charger. This is four hours of building, not a talk. Bring your phone with Telegram installed, your price list or menu, the five questions customers ask you most, and the email you send when someone enquires. No business of your own yet? We hand you a sample one at the table.

The four-hour plan
- 12:00–12:30: Neeraj’s funnel, then yours on paper
Neeraj walks through the growth system he runs alone at Wokelo AI: what runs without him, and what he still does by hand. Then you map your own: where enquiries come from, the first thing people ask, and the one step you want them to take. You write the one-page business brief that every automation will read.
- 12:30–1:30: Lead in, AI reply out
Build the first workflow in Make: a form drops each enquiry into a Google Sheet, Gemini writes a personal reply from your brief, and Gmail sends it. It stays in draft mode until you have read five replies and trust them.
- 1:30–1:45: Break
Chai. Table captains check that every first workflow has run once, end to end.
- 1:45–2:45: The follow-up sequence
Write three follow-ups for day 2, day 5 and day 9 from your brief, then let the sheet schedule them. Every send checks your inbox first and stops the moment the lead replies. The same pipeline sends one campaign to people who asked to hear from you.
- 2:45–3:30: The FAQ bot
Create a Telegram bot in two minutes, then give it your price list, your FAQ and one rule: if the answer is not in your facts, it says so and passes the question to you. Test it from your own phone.
- 3:30–4:00: Break it, then switch it on
Send a fake lead from your phone through the whole machine. Run the checklist: wrong names, invented prices, double sends, the spam folder, a bot that guesses. Fix what matters, switch it on, and export the blueprint you will open again on Tuesday.
Questions and answers
Who is leading it?
Neeraj Kanoi, the solo growth lead at Wokelo AI. He is building Wokelo’s growth funnel single-handedly, with AI doing the work a team would. He opens the session by walking through how that system runs, then builds a smaller version with the room. Yogesh and Subham Kanoi host alongside him, and every table of eight has a captain.
Do I need to know coding?
No. Every step happens in visual tools: you connect boxes, paste in your facts, and write instructions in plain English, Hindi or Bangla. If you can fill in a Google Form and send an email, you can build this. A captain sits at every table to unblock you when a connection fails.
What is running by 4:00 PM?

Do the tools cost money?
Not on the day. The build runs on free tiers: Make’s free plan, a free Gemini API key from Google AI Studio, Gmail, Google Sheets and Telegram. Free tiers limit how often an automation runs and how much it sends, and those limits change. We show you how to stay inside them, and what the first paid upgrade would be if your volume grows. The ticket does not include any paid plan.
